Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 April 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website trafficpilot.io and the services offered by TrafficPilot ("we", "us"). By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

TrafficPilot provides Google Ads management, setup & tracking, and policy & recovery guidance services to businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or order confirmation.

3. Free audit

The free audit is provided without charge and without obligation. It is informational only, based on data accessible at the time of review, and does not constitute a guarantee of results. Acceptance of the audit does not create a contract for ongoing services.

4. Fees and billing

5. Term and termination

Monthly management is provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate with written notice before the next billing cycle. Project-based work ends upon delivery of the agreed scope.

6. Client responsibilities

7. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control (market conditions, competition, landing page conversion rates, product-market fit, Google's algorithms and policies). We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, return on ad spend, or account outcomes such as reinstatement after suspension.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will treat the other's non-public information as confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

9. Account ownership

Google Ads accounts, analytics properties, and related assets remain the property of the client. Upon termination, we remove our access and the client retains full control of all data and history.

10. Intellectual property

Reports, audit documents, and ad copy created during the engagement are licensed to the client for use within the scope of the engagement. Underlying methodologies, templates, and frameworks remain our intellectual property.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.

12. Independence

TrafficPilot is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or any of its affiliates.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
